Case StudyFeb to Mar 2026 · First 6 weeks Chicago suburbs

I inherited a 5.6x ad account. In six weeks, I made it a 15x account.

Organize by Designe was already running Meta ads when I took over. The ads were fine. The funnel was the choke point. I rebuilt it, and the first six weeks closed $40,802 in revenue on $2,708 of spend, while average deal value more than doubled.

01 · The Client

A premium home organizing service in the Chicago suburbs.

Organize by Designe, founded by Nichole Gehman, is a done-for-you home organizing company. A team goes into a home and turns clutter into calm in a single visit. The packages are not cheap, and the clientele is affluent: Naperville, Wheaton, Oak Brook, Joliet, the suburbs west of the city. No Chicago proper, no rural towns, a tight service radius.

02 · The Starting Line

I did not start from zero. I started from someone else's account.

Another vendor had been running the ads before me. The six weeks before I took over closed $6,688 in revenue across six deals at a 5.63x return. Not broken. Just stuck. And on day one, the account was not even fully mine to run.

The day-one crisis

The Meta Business Portfolio was under a Level 3 restriction. The original ad account had been banned over before and after photos, admin access was tangled across a former contractor, and the Instagram account was locked inside the restricted portfolio. Before I could scale anything, I had to get the account back.

Full access recovered in 48 hours. By Feb 20 the portfolio was clean, the page and Instagram were back under control, and ads were live again. Then the real work started.

03 · The Diagnosis

The ads were not the problem.

The ads were already working. The funnel was the choke point.

Leads were coming in. They were leaking out of a booking form full of friction, and the ones who did book were not always the ones who could afford the work. Three moves fixed it.

Recover the account

Clear the Meta restriction, restore page and Instagram access, and put ads back on a clean, ownable portfolio that could actually scale.

Strip the funnel

Kill the friction in the booking form. Out went the date of birth field, the 'how did you hear about us', and the confusing topic labels. Fewer fields, more bookings.

Qualify for value

Tighten geo-targeting to the affluent suburbs, add a pre-qualification step, and lean on the before-and-after creative that pulled buyers ready to invest.

04 · The Economics

$2,708 in. $40,802 out.

Six weeks of weekly economics, Feb 8 to Mar 21. The gray bars are what the ads cost. The purple bars are what closed. Week three alone produced $14,200. Across the whole window, every dollar of spend returned just over fifteen.

05 · Same Account, Six Weeks Later

What changed when the funnel changed.

Same business, same product, same city. The only variables were the account recovery, the funnel rebuild, and tighter qualification. Spend roughly doubled. Almost everything else multiplied faster.

The number that matters most is average deal value. Going from $1,114 to $2,720 means the funnel was not just booking more calls. It was booking better ones.

06 · The Creative

Real founder. Real homes. Real transformations.

No stock photos. The ads featured Nichole herself in actual client homes, selling the feeling of a calm space rather than a service. The before-and-after angle was the consistent winner, and it pulled the kind of buyer willing to pay for the full transformation.

07 · In Her Words

I have searched for a chief marketing officer for my business for about a year until I found Rodrigo. When I met him, I knew there was something different because he didn’t make decisions based on whimsical “Let’s try this” theories. He is data oriented, which is something I have not had in the past. This is a game changer for any business owner. Any business owner knows you need to know your numbers. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Rodrigo. He is energized on our weekly meetings. He’s focused on building my brand / business and he’s a joy to work with.
